Membership

New Membership Application

  • $15.00 application fee.

Membership Renewal

  • If renewed by December 31:  $10.00.
  • If renewed after December 31:  current renewal fee plus $2.00.
  • All members who have not renewed by the regularly scheduled General Membership meeting in March will be dropped from the Membership Roster.

Life Membership

  • Any current member having paid their membership dues for 30 consecutive years in a timely manner automatically becomes a Life member.
  • Any person, at time of membership application, having paid the application fee plus the equivalent of 30 years dues at the current rate will be granted Life membership.
  • Any current member who pays the balance of their 30 consecutive years at the current rate will be granted Life membership.

Prospective Members

New member applicants must be 21 years of age or older, must complete an Application for Membership, and be proposed by a current member in good standing.

All applicants must submit, in person, their signed application (including the signature of the proposing member) along with the current application fee.  All applicants will go through background checks and verifications, will be presented at the next regularly scheduled General Membership meeting, reviewed by the Board of Directors, and voted on at the second regularly scheduled General Membership meeting.

Gabelsville Athletic Association reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant for any reason.

Note, the application stub returned to you at the time of application (and fee) submission IS NOT proof of membership; this stub only serves as proof of payment of the application fee.

Current Members

Current members may renew their membership in person any time after the regularly scheduled General Membership meeting in November, up till the regularly scheduled General Membership meeting in March.

In addition, membership renewals will be accepted during the November till March timeframe via USPS. Mail a check made payable to “Gabelsville Athletic Association”, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 2 N. Funk Rd, Boyertown, PA 19512, attention Financial Secretary.  Please include the renewing member’s membership number and note “Membership Renewal” on the check.
